SERVICES

I am pleased to offer the following services in the context of support for building and optimising cultural land and sea management programs and organisations:

  • Co- design and facilitation support for workshops and planning processes – within community, organisational and multi-party engagement settings, including personal, project, program and country planning processes.

  • Coaching and mentoring support – to help build and optimise team and individual knowledge, skills and capabilities

  • Partnership and alliance brokering support – founded on identification and mobilisation of appropriate resources, shared values and principles

  • Expert strategic, tactical and practical advice – including for project, program and organisational development and optimisation

In delivering these services, I am committed to establishing and maintaining ‘long-game’ relationships with organisations who are intent on building strong and sustainable cultural land and sea management programs and organisations from the ground up.
